These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RemeSleep website, services, and sleep diagnosis and treatment programmes. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, using our website, or engaging with RemeSleep in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Medical Services

RemeSleep provides sleep diagnosis, consultation, and treatment services, including at-home sleep studies, in-clinic polysomnography, CPAP therapy, and CBT-I programmes. Please note the following:

• Not Emergency Services: Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
• Advisory Nature: Consultations and recommendations provided by our sleep specialists are advisory in nature. They are based on the information you provide and the diagnostic data available at the time of your assessment.
• Follow-Up with Your Physician: Patients are encouraged to share their RemeSleep reports and treatment recommendations with their primary care physician or referring doctor. RemeSleep does not replace your existing relationship with your healthcare provider.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history, symptoms, and personal information. Inaccurate information may affect the quality of your diagnosis and treatment.

Appointments & Cancellations

We strive to provide flexible and convenient scheduling for all patients. The following policies apply:

• Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you do so at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure adequate time for all patients.

Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all RemeSleep services:

• Payment Due at Time of Service: Full payment is required at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. For at-home sleep study packages, payment is due at the time of booking.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital payment methods as displayed at our clinics and on our website.
• Refund Policy: Refunds for unused services may be requested within 7 days of purchase. A processing fee may apply. Refunds for partially completed services will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. No refunds are available for completed consultations or sleep studies.
• Insurance: RemeSleep may assist with documentation required for insurance claims. However, approval and reimbursement are solely at the discretion of your insurance provider.

Sleep Study Equipment

For at-home sleep studies, RemeSleep provides diagnostic equipment on a rental basis. The following terms apply:

• Device Rental: Sleep study devices are provided on loan for the duration of your at-home test. The equipment remains the property of RemeSleep at all times.
• Return Period: All equipment must be returned within the timeframe specified at the time of issue, typically within 24 to 48 hours after completion of the sleep study. Failure to return equipment on time may result in additional rental charges.
• Proper Use: You agree to use the equipment only as instructed by our sleep technicians. Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair any device.
• Damage Liability: You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment while it is in your possession, excluding normal wear and tear. Replacement or repair costs for damaged or lost devices will be charged to you.
• Hygiene: All equipment is thoroughly sanitised before and after each use in accordance with medical device hygiene standards.

Intellectual Property

All content on the RemeSleep website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, blog articles, downloadable materials, and software, is the intellectual property of RemeSleep or its content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without prior written permission from RemeSleep. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• RemeSleep, its directors, employees, and affiliated medical professionals shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to RemeSleep for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• RemeSleep does not guarantee specific health outcomes. Treatment results vary from patient to patient and depend on individual health conditions, compliance with treatment plans, and other factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any delays or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, or your use of RemeSleep's services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai for the purpose of resolving any such disputes.
