1. Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship only within India and only to metro cities. For any inquiries, please contact our support team.
2. Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery:
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (depending on location)
- Express delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select metro cities)
4. Shipping Charges:
- Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹30000.
- A flat shipping fee applies for orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Express delivery charges vary based on the location and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking link. You can track your order using the provided link.
6. Address & Contact Details:
Please provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments or delays.
7. Delays & Issues:
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regulatory restrictions) may affect delivery schedules.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and offer a resolution.
If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours, including clear photos, to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
9. Cancellation & Changes:
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

10. Return & Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:
Return Eligibility:
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., masks, accessories) are non-returnable unless found defective.
Defect & Replacement Policy:
- If a defect is found, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The machine must be sent back to the company for inspection.
- If a genuine electrical issue is identified, the product will be replaced.
- If no issue is found, no refund will be issued. The product will be returned to the customer’s address.
- Courier charges for returns are applicable and must be borne by the customer, regardless of the inspection outcome.
Return Process:

- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
Refund Process:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping and courier charges are non-refundable.
